She really cares about going through each step with you and letting you explore what you want in a house. She's good at spotting 'no-nos' and pain points and keeps up to date with where a market sits. My wife and I were unprepared for just how overwhelming and confusing the home-buying process would be, but Elissa helped us get through those times by articulating and re-articulating every important item. We have a very weird schedule that she worked through. She also had recommendations when it came to broker/lender, inspector, etc, but was also more than happy to work with anyone we wanted to bring to the table. And honestly, while it might not be the most important reason to hire someone, she is a nice and funny person who genuinely cares about us. There were a few so-so houses we looked at that an eager Realtor® could have 'pumped up' for an easy sale, but she didn't do that with us. It felt like she wanted to set us up for success."
